With 20+ years of manufacturing excellence, CECI Power delivers IEC-certified composite insulators, glass/ceramic insulators, and precision power line fittings to 50+ countries. Our engineering team supports OEM customization, type testing, and full project documentation—from prototype to on-time delivery.
Founded in 2005, China Energy & Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (CECI Power) is a vertically integrated OEM manufacturer of high voltage composite insulators, glass & ceramic insulators, and precision power line fittings.
Our 18,000 m² facility houses four dedicated production lines — silicone rubber injection, fiberglass core winding, glass tempering, and metal forging — supported by an in-house IEC-accredited testing laboratory.
Today, our products operate in transmission networks, substations, and railway systems across 50+ countries, including EPC projects in the Middle East, utility tenders in Southeast Asia, and railway electrification programs in East Africa.
